Build a working CNC machine alongside a real build, not a finished one. The RBK-D1-SL is a dual-head CNC built from a 3018 Pro Max donor: linear rails on X and Z, rods on Y, a 500 W spindle, a laser head, and an STM32H743 controller running grblHAL. The development plan runs to 13 phases over 26 weeks with 85 test cases, and every step is filmed as it happens. WHAT YOU GET - One recorded module per build phase, released as that phase is built and filmed. - A live Q&A every two weeks, where you can ask about the phase just released. - The test case each phase had to pass before it was allowed to close. HOW IT RUNS The cohort opens on 5 October 2026, a week after the build itself starts. Modules follow the build, so they arrive as the work is done rather than all at once. You see what failed and what had to be re-measured, not a tidied-up recording of the result. WHAT IS NOT PROMISED This is a live build and phases can slip.
