Information processed

• Account identity, profile role and authentication session records.
• Email verification and password-retrieval event records. One-time verification and reset links are stored as non-reversible token hashes and expire automatically.
• Course ownership, enrollment status, lesson checkpoints and skill evidence.
• Assessment attempts, answers, graded outcomes and certificate records.
• Instructor media metadata and secure delivery identifiers. Video files are delivered through Bunny Stream, not stored on the application server.
• Laboratory source code only after isolated runner execution is enabled; submission is disabled until that boundary is available.
• Published completed-student ratings and comments, instructor profile information and course campaign attribution used for contribution calculation.
• Student-teacher course messages. Contact details and off-platform sharing attempts are blocked before delivery; blocked submissions retain a content fingerprint and reason categories for safety audit, not readable message text.

Access and security

Students can access only their enrolled learning and evidence records. Instructors can manage only their owned course material. Operations access is restricted to audited administrative functions. Playback access is short-lived and enrollment-gated. Session cookies are essential, secure and restricted to this site.

Retention and disclosure

Assessment, certification, contribution and safety moderation evidence is retained as an audited record because it supports transcripts, certificates, teacher wallet calculation and communication enforcement. TrainSkool does not expose examination answers, playback secrets or internal security configuration through public pages. Service providers receive only information required to deliver their service, including secure video streaming and transactional account email.

Account holders may request correction of profile information or inquire about their records through the support contact supplied with their institutional or course onboarding.
