Last updated 13 June 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website trainskool.com and the TrainSkool learning, assessment and certification services ("Platform"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The Platform is operated by TrainSkool, an independent online education business operating the website trainskool.com ("TrainSkool", "we", "us", "our"). TrainSkool operates online only. You can reach us any time at support@trainskool.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Students activate an account by verifying their email address. Teacher applicants must verify their email address and receive administrator approval before instructor tools are enabled. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are assigned student, instructor or operations roles; you must access only your assigned portal.

3. Courses, assessments and certificates

TrainSkool offers online professional courses that include video lessons, timed assessments, practical exercises and verifiable certificates. Assessment attempts, grading and completion evidence are recorded for integrity and verification. Impersonation, sharing examination content, or tampering with results may invalidate an attempt, a certificate, or your account. Certificates certify the recorded learning evidence and are not a guarantee of employment or any specific outcome.

4. Pricing and payments

Course prices are displayed on each course page and on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. TrainSkool is not currently registered under GST; no GST is charged or collected. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge for the selected course. Access is granted to your registered account on successful payment (see our Delivery Policy).

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Instructor terms

Instructors are responsible for the content they publish and must hold the rights to all video, audio and materials they upload. Lessons are delivered to enrolled students through secured, signed streaming access and must not be redistributed or have protection bypassed. TrainSkool retains the disclosed platform contribution from eligible purchases, with the remainder recorded in the instructor wallet after verified settlement. Enrollment attributed to an instructor promotion link may use a different contribution percentage and may apply a student discount, both displayed before purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to access other users' protected content, circumventing security or playback controls, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or arranging off-platform contact to avoid platform safeguards. Course messaging must remain within TrainSkool; messages containing phone numbers, email addresses, external links or attempts to move communication off-platform are blocked before delivery.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, branding and the content made available through it are owned by TrainSkool or its instructors and licensors and are protected by law. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access purchased course content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute course content.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainSkool is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
