Learning and assessment records must be genuine.

Effective 27 May 2026. These terms govern use of the TrainSkool teaching, learning and verification platform.

Account roles

Accounts are assigned as student, instructor or operations roles. Users must access only their assigned portal and must not attempt to obtain another user's protected course, assessment or administrative information.

Teaching and media

Instructors are responsible for content they publish and must have the rights to uploaded video. Instructor uploads are transferred to secure streaming storage; protected playback must not be redistributed or bypassed.

Profiles, reviews and messaging

Instructor public pages require platform approval. Only a student with recorded course completion may publish a course rating or comment. Course chat must remain within TrainSkool; messages containing mobile numbers, email addresses, external links or attempts to arrange off-platform contact are blocked before delivery.

Course contributions and promotions

TrainSkool may promote courses and retains the disclosed platform contribution from eligible purchases, with the remaining recorded in the instructor wallet after verified settlement. Enrollment attributed to an instructor campaign link may use a different contribution percentage displayed in the teacher account before use.

Assessments and certificates

Assessment attempts, grading and completion evidence are recorded for integrity and verification. Impersonation, sharing examination content or tampering with results may invalidate an attempt or certificate.

Availability of gated services

Laboratory source submission remains unavailable until isolated execution workers are connected. Paid enrollment settlement, invoices and refunds remain unavailable until verified payment processing is enabled. A public page does not by itself promise availability of either service.
