Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated 13 June 2026. TrainSkool sells digital online courses. There is no physical product and no physical shipping.

1. Digital delivery

All TrainSkool products are delivered digitally. On successful payment, access to the purchased course is granted automatically to your registered TrainSkool account. In the normal case this is immediate; if payment confirmation is delayed by the bank or gateway, access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed, typically within a few minutes.

2. How to access your course

Sign in at trainskool.com with your registered email and open your student dashboard. Purchased courses, lessons, assessments and certificates are available there. Video lessons stream securely in your browser; no download or shipment is required.

3. If you do not receive access

If your payment succeeded but access has not appeared on your account within 30 minutes, email support@trainskool.com with your registered email and payment reference. We will confirm the payment and enable access promptly.

4. Geographic availability

TrainSkool is an online service accessible wherever you have internet access, subject to applicable law. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
