Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 13 June 2026. We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when a TrainSkool course purchase can be cancelled or refunded.

1. Cooling-off refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a course, provided that you have not:

If all of the above conditions are met, we will refund 100% of the amount paid for that course.

2. When refunds are not available

Because courses are digital products delivered immediately, refunds are not available where the cooling-off conditions above are not met — for example, once an assessment has been attempted, a certificate issued, or substantial course content consumed. Promotional or discounted purchases follow the same rules unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Cancellation

A course purchase may be cancelled for a full refund before you begin accessing the course content, within the 7-day window above. As courses grant immediate access, there is no separate recurring subscription to cancel.

4. Exceptional circumstances

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same course, or a course is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate and issue a full refund where appropriate, regardless of the window above.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@trainskool.com from your registered email address with your order/payment reference and the reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
